NEOM Wellbeing is built around four key pillars of wellbeing: Better Sleep, Less Stress, More Energy, and Mood Boost. With a presence across DTC, B2B, and physical retail channels—and operations spanning the UK, EU, and US—NEOM offers luxurious, natural, giftable products such as diffusers, essential oil blends, and candles. Product bundling plays a large role in driving their online business.

Historically managing bundles across multiple stores, sales channels, and backend systems was complicated. Bundles had to be manually configured across Shopify, NEOM’s ERP, and their warehouse management system— visibility on reporting was tricky, as was the ability to adapt quickly to customer behavior and seasonal launches.

NEOM needed a solution that could untangle all of that—and help them scale bundles with less friction. That’s when they switched to Simple Bundles.

“The value of Simple Bundles varies depending on perspective. For me, it's enhanced visibility of our bundle offering. For our eCommerce trading team, it's the flexibility and the significant time saved in setting up bundled products. For operations, it's the elimination of manual processes. And for finance, it's the benefit of streamlined, more accurate reporting.” said Clare Jerome, Technology Product Manager at NEOM.

Challenges: Bundling was disrupting their ERP, fulfillment, and reporting

Before Simple Bundles, launching a single bundle at NEOM meant creating a new SKU inside their ERP, configuring it manually in Shopify and coordinating with the warehouse team to “unpack” the bundle so it could be picked and shipped properly.

That process created three big issues:

  • Slow execution and limited agility: Bundles had to be planned far in advance.
  • Inventory and forecasting friction: The team had to forecast how much stock to allocate to bundles versus individual SKUs.
  • Limited visibility in ERP reporting: Creating manual processes for the finance team during reconciliation and reporting.

“Creating bundles used to require a lot of coordination between ecommerce, ops, and warehouse teams. Setting one up meant touching multiple systems.” - Clare Jerome, Technology Product Manager at NEOM Wellbeing London.

NEOM needed a faster, more integrated way to manage bundles across their three DTC storefronts (UK, EU, US) and physical retail locations—without disrupting their ERP or fulfillment workflows.

Solution: Less Involvement, More Control

NEOM rolled out Simple Bundles across their DTC stores, enabling their ecommerce trading team to launch, modify, and retire bundles independently—without looping in ops or warehouse teams.

Using SKU-level breakdowns, each bundle now automatically maps to individual SKUs in Shopify and syncs with Sage X3, their ERP, for clean inventory and order management. This eliminated the need to create duplicate products or assign separate inventory levels to bundles.

Since upgrading to Simple Bundles 2.0, they’ve also solved previous limitations around gift-with-purchase (GWP) campaigns, which are especially important for peak sales periods like Mother’s Day and Black Friday.

Even better? Their team can now act on customer behavior in real time—creating new bundles based on what shoppers are organically buying together.

“Simple Bundles has significantly streamlined our bundles workflows, making day-to-day management very smooth. It's become an indispensable part of our tech stack”
- Clare Jerome, Technology Product Manager at NEOM Wellbeing London.

Results: Faster Launches, Higher AOV, and Happier Teams

With Simple Bundles in place, NEOM has transformed what used to be a high-effort operational challenge into a nimble ecommerce strategy.

Across all bundles, NEOM has seen a significant increase in average order value compared to customers who don’t purchase a bundle. And while this makes sense (more products in case = higher purchase order), where this really matters is how these bundle purchasers also have higher LTV:

“Our AOV is definitely impacted by bundles in a positive way. We also know that customers with a higher AOV tend to have a higher LTV and repeat rate, and I would say the bundles contribute to that.”
- Clare Jerome, Technology Product Manager at NEOM Wellbeing London.

Finally, with Simple Bundles’ analytics and custom reports, NEOM’s finance team can see what’s being sold, what’s in each bundle, and how those pieces map back to real inventory movement.
